Zz Top Greatest Hits Torrent Download

This isn't a perfect roundup of ZZ Top's superstar years of the '80s, but it comes pretty close. It dips back into the '70s for 'Pearl Necklace' and 'La Grange,' with a couple of selections from the post-peak '90s, but this does offer the MTV-era basics: 'Gimme All Your Lovin',' 'Sharp Dressed Man,' 'Rough Boy,' 'Tush,' 'My Head's in Mississippi,' 'Doubleback,' 'Cheap Sunglasses,' 'Sleeping Bag.' What slows this record down are some new cuts and album tracks that don't deserve to be here, along with a remix, not the original version, of 'Legs.' Still, that may just be quibbling for some listeners, since the basics are all here, making this a good complement to the '70s-focused The Best of ZZ Top (although it would be nice if a definitive disc, with all the hits, would appear on the market).

Greatest Hits is a greatest hits album by the Americanblues rock band ZZ Top, released in 1992. 'Viva Las Vegas' and 'Gun Love' were two new tracks. It was also released as a vinyl album, which omitted four tracks included on the CD version ('Cheap Sunglasses', 'I'm Bad, I'm Nationwide', 'Pearl Necklace', and 'Tube Snake Boogie').

It is notable that ten of the 18 songs on this Greatest Hits compilation originated from the latest three albums when this compilation was produced, and two debuted on the Greatest Hits album itself. Of the six songs made before the Eliminator album in 1983, two were re-mixes from the 1987 Six Pack re-release compilation, leaving four of the 18 songs originating from 1979 and 1981, with no original track recordings from the first five albums made before 1979.

In total, 14 of the 18 songs on the Greatest Hits album were released after 1983.
